How to block spam and calls on Android
Blocking text messages and callers is very simple on Android devices.
- open the mobile app and select File last tab.
- Long press on the number you want to block, then tap Block/report spam.
- Choose if you want to uncheck the checked box Report the call as spam
- then select to forbid.
Similarly, you can head to Messages the app on your phone, tap and hold the text number you wish to block. Once selected, choose File to forbid Option by clicking on the three dots on the far right.
If you are using a Samsung phone, you will have to tap the number you want to block in last tabthen tap details and choose to forbid.

Block Spam Text Messages and Calls on iPhone
Here’s how to block someone on your iPhone:
- Head to the mobile app and tap Modernthen select File Information Next to the number you want to block.
- Click on block this caller to choose.
- On the confrontation time Application, select information next to a contact or email address, then tap block this caller.
- To block text, head to Messages app, open the conversation, tap the contact at the top, and select information button. Finally, tap block this caller to choose.
What do you do if you don’t want to be banned?
- It is generally advised not to answer any calls from numbers you do not know, but this does not work for people whose business involves talking to many new people each day.
- What you can do is not to click on a link or attachment that was sent in an unsolicited text message because it may contain a virus.
- Don’t respond to spam either.
