Spy family x We’ve officially confirmed how many episodes will be left around with the first anime season! Tatsuya Endo’s original manga series has been a huge hit since its first release on Shueisha’s Jump+, with fans eagerly waiting to see the series adapt its own anime. Now it’s finally time for her new anime to appear as part of the Spring 2022 anime schedule, and after the first episode, fans are starting to wonder how long this new anime will be in the next few weeks.
when Spy family x It was initially announced as a co-production between WIT Studio and CloverWorks, and was planned to run over two episodes. Now that the anime has debuted and begun to list planned Blu-ray releases in Japan, it has been officially confirmed that the series will run for 25 episodes in total (and spread across six planned home video releases). The first part of the series for the Spring 2022 schedule appears to have ended in 12 episodes plus the roster:

It is also interesting to note that there will be a long break between the two sessions. After the twelfth episode, the series will take a summer break before returning for episodes 13-25 later in October as part of the fall 2022 anime schedule. But this has yet to be fully confirmed outside of episode listings and Blu-ray release schedule. For now, fans can check out Spy x Family because it works with Crunchyroll. They describe the series as such,
“Everyone has a part of themselves that they cannot show to anyone else. At a time when all the nations of the world were engaged in a fierce information war taking place behind closed doors, Ostannia and Stalis have been at a cold war against each other for decades. Department of Eastern Sent Focus (WISE) Westalis Intelligence Services, their most talented spy, Twilight, is on a top-secret mission to investigate the movements of Donovan Desmond, head of the Austania National Unity Party, which threatens peace efforts between the two countries.”
The summary continues with “This task is known as ‘Operation Strix.’ It consists of ‘assembling a family in one week in order to infiltrate the social gatherings organized by the elite school attended by Desmond’s son.” Twilight takes on the identity of psychiatrist Lloyd Forger and begins a search for Family members.But it turns out that Anya, the daughter he adopts, has the ability to read people’s minds, while his wife Yor is a killer!In both their own interests to hide these facts, they begin to live together while hiding their true identities from each other.World peace is now in The hands of this brand-new family as they embark on an adventure full of surprises.”
