Reddit servers explained today and CDN unreachable (April 11th)

A number of users have reported that they are not able to reach Reddit today, because they’re having an issue that states “Our CDN couldn’t reach our servers.” He goes on to say that users should check Reddit’s status for more information, but unfortunately, there’s nothing on Reddit’s status. Reddit seems to be having issues with its servers, and they should be resolved very quickly. Expected update from the team. We’ll add more details once the team shares more information about the outage.

This is the second time in less than a week that we are experiencing a service outage, so users will be very disappointed that they are unable to use their preferred platform. In fact, the ability to start new conversations has been disabled for about 4 days. This is very frustrating, given the fact that direct messaging is one of the most important aspects of society. Users were anxiously waiting for this issue to be fixed, then another issue popped up today when they couldn’t access Reddit at all. It remains to be seen how long it takes to resolve the issue, but it should happen soon.
