YouTube is the latest platform to experience a glitch in 2022, which has left users around the world frustrated.

The video streaming platform is one of the most used apps in the world and a large number of users have shared the issues they encountered while using its services – especially YouTube TV where the app was down for a few hours.

YouTube even addressed the outage issue and later provided an update via its Twitter page.

Are YouTube and YouTube TV disabled?

YouTube services were partially down on Tuesday, April 11, 2022.

Downdetectorthe power outage tracking website, is mired in complaints today with nearly 10,000 users reporting various issues they were facing.

Most of the problem reports were submitted between 12 and 3 a.m. on Tuesday.

While for some, the sidebar used to navigate between programs and options was missing, others were unable to switch accounts.

A few of them complained about receiving the “No Internet Connection” error message, despite the uninterrupted Internet connection.

The platform addresses issues on Twitter

When many took to Twitter to express their frustration, TeamYouTube open They were working on this issue.

“Getting reports that some of you are having trouble with certain features across YouTube services (such as logging in, switching accounts, using the navigation bar) – we’re aware and are working on a fix.”

In the most recent tweet, shared an hour ago, YouTube confirmed The problem has been fixed.

“Everything is fixed – you should now be able to sign in, switch accounts, and use the account menu and navigation bar across all services (YouTube, YouTube TV, YouTube Music, YouTube Studio) and devices. Thank you very much for your patience.”

Users confirm that the bug has been fixed

In the past hour, users on Twitter confirmed that the issue they had with YouTube has now been resolved.
