What we know about Niwa Nagamitsu so far

Niwa Nagamitsu was a blacksmith for the Ishin branch of Raiden Gokaden. In case you forgot, Raiden Gokaden were five different sword crafting schools that existed in Inazuma until about a hundred years before the current events of the game. Three schools have now lost arts: Futsu School of Art, Hyakumi School of Art, and Senju School of Art. As shown in Event 2.6, their disappearance was no coincidence and Kunikozushi’s plans to hide them. His powers as a Raiden Shogun prototype puppet were still sealed back then, but he was still an amazing fighter with inhuman abilities.

Meanwhile, the Kaedehara family was part of the Isshin Art, but lost it with Kazuha’s grandfather, as shown in the game. There are other families who practice the art of the Isshin School so as not to be completely lost. Finally, the only Raiden Gokaden that still exists properly to this day is the Amenoma School of Art.

Furthermore, the in-game description of the five-star Sword Haran Geppaku Futsu weapon includes some details about Niwa Nagamitsu. It reveals that Niwa Nagamitsu learned the Isshin blacksmithing school from Futsu Masayoshi, and they were one of their three students along with Akame Mitsunaga and Kaedehara Kagemitsu.

Each of these three disciples ended up becoming masters of the art of the Isshin School. We’ll definitely learn more about the Niwa clan again about the revealed Scaramush story, most notably regarding the people he met before joining Fatui, such as Mikoshi Nagamasa. We can also learn more through the descriptions of new weapons, especially if a sword forged by Niwa Nagamitsu has been added to the game.

That’s all we know about the Niwa clan Jinshin effect To this limit. What are your thoughts on what event 2.6 reveals? Let me know in the comments!
