In addition to the other Covenant types, Brutes, she appeared in Paramount Plus’ Hello The series, Hunters are also a clan of frequent opponents.

We explain what Hunters are from the franchise, how their appearance in the series differs from video games, and provide an episode guide for the upcoming show.

Developed by Kyle Killen and Steven Kane for Paramount Plus and based on the popular video game franchise of the same name by 343 Industries, Hello It is a military science fiction franchise, and the series is said to focus on “an epic conflict in the 26th century between humanity and an alien threat known as the Covenant.”

What are anglers?

Hunters, also known as Mgalekgolo, consist of smaller worm-like creatures known as Lekgolo, which are designed to assemble into machines, such as the Sacarb from Halo 3.

Hunters during combat are formed as a protective structure, which increases their strength and intelligence.

Hunters are usually shown armor-wrapped with assault cannons on one arm and metal armor on the other, protecting them from plasma or ballistic weapons.

How is Paramount’s Hunters different from the video game franchise?

Not only did the TV series alienate the video game franchise by showing the face of the Master Chief (played by Pablo Schreiber), but it also provoked the Hunters in their true form.

The Hello Video games mostly showed the hunters in armor, but the UNSC from the TV series was stunned by what the clan’s true form looked like.

Fans hope that the valley surrounding the true hunter-gatherer look will continue to be a defining feature of the show adding to the authenticity of the game franchise.
