No Game No Life Celebrates its 10th Anniversary with a Special Poster

no game no life It’s going to celebrate the 10th anniversary of its initial publication and celebrate this huge milestone with a special new poster! Yu Kamiya’s original light novel series with Kadokawa’s MF Bunko J imprint has been around for a long time, and has since spanned not only manga adaptations, spin-offs, but even an anime adaptation and feature film. The anime adaptation of the franchise became a huge hit despite only lasting one season, and it’s also likely the main way fans of the franchise learned about it in the first place.

It’s been a long time since this anime came out (and the next feature film release), and while there’s currently no word on the anime returning for a proper second season, the original No Game, No Life franchise still continues with fresh new entries to this day. In fact, with the franchise now celebrating its 10th anniversary since the first volume launched in Japan on April 25, 2012, No Game, No Life has released a new special poster for the franchise drawn by Yu Kamiya himself. Unfortunately, with the franchise’s 10th anniversary presenting a great opportunity to announce a second season, it doesn’t look like anyone is on the way just yet. If you want to pull no game no life For yourself, the light novel series is being published by Yen Press (with the latest issue due later this spring). If you’re more interested in checking out the anime show, you can currently find 12 episodes of the anime streamed on Hulu and HIDIVE (where No game, no zero life A feature film can also be found.)

The series is described as such, “Tided with life and seen in the real world as just a ‘bad game’, the clever siblings Sora and Shiro have withdrawn into their fantasy world filled with video games. That is why they are summoned to another world by a boy who calls himself ‘God’.” It’s here in this world where Sora and Shiro’s abilities are tested. They are now in a world where their own destiny – and the fate of all of humanity. It’s decided by the game. Can they beat the toughest match they’ve ever played?”
