New Superman and Louis poster hints at brighter days to come

CW’s fans Superman and Louis You still have a bit of a wait before new episodes of the series start airing — the series will return on Tuesday, April 26th with “Bizarros in a Bizarro World” episode — but they haven’t been completely left empty-handed. The network has released a new poster for the fan-favourite Arrowverse series, one that sees the Kent family looking forward, presumably heading toward a better tomorrow. The recently released poster shows Jonathan and Jordan alongside Lewis and Superman all standing on the farm with storm clouds behind them, but a beam of sunlight piercing sideways. You can check it out for yourself below.

season 2 of Superman and Louis The Kent family has seen a few “storms” as it were, so any incoming sunlight would certainly be welcome. Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) has family problems dealing with her sister, Lucy (Jenna Dewan), being part of a dangerous cult while Clark/Superman (Tyler Hoechlin) has major problems dealing with the military in the wake of Sam Lane’s retirement. So is the arrival of Bizarro and the threat posed by the leader of that dangerous cult, Allie Alston (Rhea Kielstead). Even the Kent boys weren’t immune to trouble, as Jonathan (Jordan Elsas) used XK to grant himself powers and was busted for it while Jordan (Alexander Garvin) witnessed the end of his relationship with Sarah Cortez (Inde Navarrette). And in the next episode the family will have to deal with something else. The finale of the final episode saw Superman appear in the Inverted World and Jonathan Bizaru at Kent Farm – something that might just cause some major problems.

“Jonathan Bizarro is really starting to screw things up,” Garvin previously said. “Also, you have to remember that it’s their son, but it’s not really theirs. It’s part of the Natalie Syndrome that we had, but only this time it seems a little sinister. That would be an interesting mix of feelings for everyone involved. Also, Jordan Elsas revered a performance.” Heath Ledger is in The Dark Knight, so I was really happy to see that he’s playing the villain, because he’s been wanting to do that since day one, so I’m glad they gave that to him.”

Here is a summary of “Bizarros in the World of Bizarro”: ELAT YRANOITUAC A – Superman (Tyler Hoechlin) races through the gate after Ally Allston (guest star Rhea Kelstedt), but when he gets to the other side, he discovers that everything on this parallel Earth…is strange.
