WWE NXT Reveals The Complete Spring Breakin Card

Several of tonight’s WWE NXT matches included action thrillers or quite specific matches set for Spring Breakin’, and by the end of the night it looks like the full event ticket is set, although I wouldn’t be surprised if we get to see at least one women’s match added to this mix. The card now consists of 5 matches and one special piece, and we’ll start with the match that has already been confirmed for the NXT Championship-centric event. Tonight NXT ended with another showdown between Bron Breakker, Rick Steiner and Joe Gacy, and Breakker and Gacy will collide in a title match at Spring Breakin.

Earlier in the night, Solo Sikoa secured his spot in a match to challenge North American champion Cameron Grimes, a match that will also feature Carmelo Hayes, who defeated Grimes to win the title at Stand & Deliver. The Triple Threat Match will take place next week, and odds are that Trick Williams will have something to do with the match at some point if he can help it.

We’ve also seen SmackDown’s Viking Raiders appear on NXT invited by Diamond Mine Roderick Strong, and they’ll face Enofi and Blade in a match later in the night. The Creed Brothers weren’t too happy that they were at their base though, and the two teams would clash in a match at Spring Breakin. Later on, the night saw the debut of NXT 2.0 for Nathan Frazer, who impressed him and sent Grayson Waller on tour. Waller wasn’t happy and now they’re going into next week’s game as well.

The final match on the card is the one formed early in the night after the opening game of Nikita Lyon and Lash Legend. Lyons ends up winning but is soon joined by Legend Natalya from SmackDown, who will help her attack the Lyons. Cora Jade will come out and sign up, to help Lyon, when the tag team match featuring the four was announced.

The final reveal of Spring Breakin was a clip, which will be in the form of a meeting between rival presidents Santos Escobar and Tony D’Angelo. D’Angelo has brought some of his partners to NXT tonight, and they will accompany him to the sit-up, as he hopes to sort out his issues with Escobar. This likely won’t happen, so expect chaos and possibly a quarrel the longer this actually goes down.

As for additional matches, I wouldn’t be surprised to see the NXT Women’s Championship jostle for the show, or at least some kind of clip moving Rose’s growing feud with Roxanne Perez forward. We also keep provoking Wendy Choo in this feud, so maybe have Choo and Perez team up to go after the Toxic Attraction’s Tag Team Championships instead. Who knows, maybe we’ll start a new feud with Rose by the end of the night.
