David Harbor plays Santa Claus in a bloody thriller inspired by Die Hard

Universal Pictures took to the stage at CinemaCon to give a glimpse of what they’ll release over the next year, including something that wasn’t on anyone’s radar, but which immediately sparked, violent nightwhich is an action thriller in the context Nobody And John Wick But championship Weird thingsDavid Harbor as Santa Claus. In the movie, mercenaries kidnap a family on Christmas Eve, leaving Saint Nick the only one who can save them. Joining Harbor in the movie is John Leguizamo (Incanto), Beverly D’Angelo (National Lampoon’s Vacation), Alex Hassell (The Macbeth Tragedy), and Eddie Patterson (Valid Gemstones).

Introducing the film, a focus features version, Harbor said the following on stage: “Escape is great. I’m a huge fan. But what about movies that make you sweat? Don’t you like action movies? Who doesn’t love a great action movie, right? What about movies?
