After a long wait from fans, the marketing campaign of . has begun Thor: Love and Thunder Finally started. Marvel Studios revealed a trailer for the movie last week, and additional marketing materials and pieces of merchandise have already started appearing online as well. Including a new T-shirt inspired by the comic book of love and thunder — and it might offer the best look yet at Gorr the God Butcher (Christian Bale), the movie’s villain. The shirt, which you can view below, pits Gore against both Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and Jane Foster/Mighty Thor (Natalie Portman).

“We didn’t even get our first official look at the movie version of Gorr the God Butcher,” Jason Aaron, one of Gorr’s co-writers, wrote shortly after the movie’s release. “I’ve seen some concerns online about Gorr’s design, based on glimpses of the action figure. As the man who co-created it, along with Esad, I’ll just say it wasn’t Gorr’s nose (or lack thereof) that made him the tragic and deeply troubled Butcher of God.” Trust Christian Bale’s face. I need to remind you, he’s a very talented face.”
Thor: Love and Thunder Thor (Chris Hemsworth) finds a journey unlike anything he’s ever encountered – in search of inner peace. But his retirement is interrupted by a galactic assassin known as Gorr the God Butcher (Christian Bale), who seeks the extinction of the gods. To fight the threat, Thor enlists the help of King Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson), Korg (Tika Waititi) and his ex-girlfriend Jane Foster (Natalie Portman), who – to Thor’s surprise – inexplicably uses his magical hammer, Mjolnir. ox. Together, they embark on a harrowing cosmic adventure to uncover the secret of the butcher god’s vengeance and stop it before it’s too late.
