After being delayed several times over the course of three years, Top Gun: Maverick It finally hits theaters next month. This week, the upcoming movie premiered at CinemaCon, and early feedback says it was well worth the wait. The film will see the return of Tom Cruise as Maverick and Val Kilmer as Iceman, but most of the cast did not appear in the original film from 1986. One of the big names joining the cast is Academy Award winning actress Jennifer Connelly. known as the mazeAnd beautiful MindAnd Requiem for a dreamAnd Alita: Battle AngelAnd ice maker, and much more. Connelly is married to Marvel star Paul Bettany, who took to Instagram yesterday to announce that his wife has officially joined the social networking site.
Bettany wrote: “Soooooo my Mrs @jennifer.connelly finally joined Instagram. Follow her at your own risk and only believe half of the things she says about me.” “But I was about to say something very nice about you!” Connelly replied. Connelly said “I’m really excited about it! I make it, and I go to work and say, ‘That’s cool'” ET subordinate The best A sequel in 2019. “It was great and it was reassuring because I felt like, ‘Oh yeah, that’s going to work, because the way they handle it, the way they talk, the way they talk’ reshoot it made me happy and I think it’s going to make the fans happy. It’s Really feeling… I really believe in the direction they’re going.”
“It was really fun,” she added of Cruz. “He’s so excited about what he’s doing.” “He’s very committed. He’s very dedicated. I have a lot of respect for that. It was really a privilege.”
In the upcoming movie, Connelly drives the back of a cruise motorcycle, a recreation of a similar scene from the original movie that saw Maverick and Charlotte “Charlie” Blackwood (Kelly McGillis) touring. “That was a fast motorcycle,” Connelly recalls. “He’s an excellent driver. I was really curious about it because we had that scene. We were doing it and we drove down the street and we parked at the house that’s supposed to be my house, and like, it wasn’t even once Half an inch. Every time he zoomed in on the street and then just stopped right at the mark. He has skills! Definitely.”
Top Gun: Maverick He is scheduled to be released on May 27.
