This friendly alternate antagonist from the first Doctor Strange movie, drugging Stephen and America Chavez, before being brought before the Illuminati, all butchered by Wanda’s dream walking in her altered Earth-838 body.
Captain Carter (Earth-838)
After playing her alternate role in What If…? Hayley Atwell returns to the MCU in live action as Peggy who becomes Captain Britain instead of Captain America. She was cut in half by Wanda with her own shield.
Black Bolt (Earth-838)
After the cancellation of the TV show Inhumans, Anson Mount re-enacts his silent character whose actual voice is so powerful that he can take down opponents. Wanda killed him.
Thanos (Earth-838)
During a scene on Titan with the Illuminati, Thanos of this universe was massacred during the Infinity War and his body was seen with a giant blade in his chest.
Strange villain (Earth?)
Doctor Strange pushes a surrogate who has been corrupted by Darkhold from the window of Sanctum Sanctorum, where he is impaled on the ground below.

The mid-credits scene saw Charlize Theron appear as a witch who in the comics became Doctor Strange’s mistress. There is no doubt that she will play a bigger role in Doctor Strange 3.
