Dragon Knight brings back James Hong, cast Rita Ora

Netflix and DreamWorks Animation have announced that their upcoming CG animated series Kung Fu Panda: Dragon Knight It’s not just that Jack Black is brought back as the voice of Poe from the movies. Black will be joined in the series by none other than the voice of James Hong, the voice of his adoptive father Mr. Bing. It was also announced that Rita Ora will be making her voice acting debut in the series.

More specifically, Ora will voice the Wandering Blade, who is described in the ad as “a tough English bear knight who joins Po on his trotting adventure around the world.” You can check out several new images from the upcoming series featuring Mr. Ping and the Wandering Blade below:

The upcoming Kung Fu Panda series caused a stir earlier this year when it was announced that Black would return as the voice of Po. While Black provided the voice of the panda of the same name for all three Kung Fu Panda films, the animated series Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness And Kung Fu Panda: Paws of Destiny They both had Mick and Wengert as Poe’s voice.

“When a mysterious pair of weasels sets their sights on a set of four powerful weapons, Po must leave his home to embark on a hidden mission around the world for redemption and justice that he finds in partnership with a no-nonsense English knight named Wandering Blade voiced by Rita Ora,” Netflix feed for Kung Fu Panda: Dragon Knight is reading. “Together, these two mismatched warriors set out on an epic adventure to find magical weapons first and save the world from destruction—and they might learn a thing or two from each other along the way.”

Kung Fu Panda: Dragon Knight It stars Jack Black as Bo, Rita Ora as Wandering Blade, James Hong as Mr. Bing, Chris Jerry as Klaus Dumont, Della Saba as Veruca Dumont, Ranuma Panthaki as Rukmini, Ed Weeks as Colin, Amy Hill In the role of Bye Bye.
