Raise your fitness level! New gaming exercise designed to improve your skills and get in shape | Games | entertainment

There is a brand new exercise in town and this one is specially designed for gamers. Network operator EE has teamed up with fitness expert and influencer Obi Vincent and EXCEL Esports Foundation to create the first in-game fitness training (GIFT). The exercise includes exercises to strengthen your fingers and wrists, while reducing neck and shoulder strain, and boosting energy. You can check out the complete exercise that is explained by Obi Vincent And the Twitch streamer Sunpi below.

EE explains more: “The new EE Full Fiber GIFT exercise is designed to help gamers reach their full potential, with new research from EE showing that Brits spend an average of 7 hours each week playing games, with nearly two-thirds (63%) They get tired during gaming sessions.

“The average time players played without a break was three hours.

“Despite this, the Brits rank fitness last in their fundamentals for gaming performance, after gaming equipment, reliable broadband connectivity and screen size.

However, 39% of Britons agree that ‘every second counts in play’, with more than a quarter (26%) seeking to increase their gaming endurance, and four in ten wanting to improve their decision-making or decision-making skills. Faster while gaming. Gaming sessions.”

Although it is clearly a publicity stunt to promote EE’s fast full fiber broadband, the exercise itself is very useful.

GIFT Workout is designed for all fitness levels and takes about 20 minutes to complete. It focuses on ten areas of the body, most notably the body parts that players use most often.

Moreover, you don’t need any fancy gym equipment, or expensive club membership.

Having played over 100 hours of Elden Ring in the past two months, any opportunity to reduce neck and shoulder strain is most welcome. You can see the full list of moves below, plus how to complete each exercise in the video above.
