Talking to colliderDirector Sam Raimi talked about possible deleted scenes for Doctor Strange in a multiverse of madness. He admitted he wasn’t sure what scenes Marvel would choose to include in what kind of home release, but said there would be plenty to choose from.
“I’m trying to remember what Marvel includes in the deleted scenes. That would really be their decision, but I know there are at least two or three deleted scenes that will be included,” Al Raimi said. “I don’t know the full extent of them though.”
Al-Rimi went on to say that cut off Dr. Gharib 2 The one he delivered before the reshoot was about 2 hours and 40 minutes. Reshoot footage was added to that and some scenes were cut, reduced to just over two hours. A minimum of 35 minutes from this initial cut was removed, if not more than one reshoot.

Marvel Studios won’t release all of those deleted footage, as some may have been reshoots and some scenes may have been removed because they are no longer part of the story. We’ll have to wait and see how much Marvel lets you share when the Home Edition arrives.
