Prominent former Los Angeles attorney Tom Girardi and his ex-wife Erica Girardi are still under scrutiny for what some have described as the “largest criminal racketeering project” in history. Tom is accused of embezzling millions of former clients and business partners, resulting in a Chapter 7 law firm’s bankruptcy and multiple lawsuits seeking compensation. Erika, also known by her stage name Erika Jayne on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hillsin conjunction with those suits reportedly aiding and abetting the scheme.
She’s denied any guilt, however co-star Crystal Kung Minkoff (and others) seems to think otherwise, as seen in the season 12 trailer for their show. Finally, she briefed Kung Minkoff on why she “easily stands by the alleged victims involved”.
