Jujutsu Kaisen Shares Slick New Art for 7-Eleven Team Up

Jujutsu Kaisen has been a hit in a short amount of time, as Jujutsu Tech magicians fight against countless supernatural threats that most of the world doesn’t know about. With Shonen’s popularity, it’s no surprise that merchandise related to Yuji Itadori and his friends is hitting some new markets, where new art is being created thanks to the animation series’ upcoming partnership with Slurpees’ most popular store, 7/11.

With a prequel to the world of Jujutsu Tech before Yuji Itadori appears on the scene, after the tragic story of Yuta Okkotsu as he finds his cursed energy linked to the death of the love of his life, expect the events of this film to have a role in the second season of the anime scheduled for release next year. Currently, creator Gege Akutami continues to tell new stories about super magicians, which means there’s plenty of material left for both TV series and potential feature films to cover. Needless to say, the 7-11 campaign will be a little lighter than some of the more gruesome events in the series.

Twitter user Kaikaikitan shared this new partnership artwork between the Shonen franchise and 7/11, using a more vivid shot of Jujutsu heroes Kaisen in a similar vein to “Lost in Paradise,” the season 1 finale animation that’s a fan favorite in the animation community:

Jujutsu Kisen 0 It is currently the seventh biggest anime movie of all time, grossing hundreds of millions of dollars in theaters. With Studio MAPPA wrapping up work on this pre-show, the animation house is currently working on Season 2 of Jujutsu Kisenthe last chapter of The attack on the GiantsAnd the new series Heaven’s Heaven: Jigokuraku, Animators definitely have a lot on their plates.

The campaign is set to start on 7/11 later this month and will allow patrons to choose some of this unique art when they visit one of these small stores.
