Pokemon confirms a big anime return for Master Eight

Pokemon Journeys It has steadily seen many major fan favorites return to the anime over the course of the latest iteration of the anime to date, and it’s now confirmed that even more of the toughest hitters are back with the Masters Eight lineup, the world’s best coaches in the coronation series! Ash Ketchum has been fast making his way up the ranks of this sprawling global tournament so far, and the latest episode of the series gave him a chance to reach the final tournament featuring the world’s eight best coaches overall.

Ash has taken many famous fan-favorite faces from the past in his Ultra Class battles, but he’s officially reached Masters Eight with the latest episode of the series. Here the final Masters Tournament roster has been revealed, and it has been confirmed that there are some big returns coming in this lineup with previously unseen Hoenn hero Stephen Stone, Mega Evolution Alain master, Unova Champion Iris, and Kalos hero Diantha being the last four mystery members of the final roster. .

Three of the eight Masters coaches with Leon (ranked 1st), Champion Sino Cynthia (ranked 2nd), and Kanto and Goto Champion Lance (ranked 4th) were previously revealed in previous episodes. Eris is the most surprising new revelation considering that Ash had defeated her on his way through the Ultra Class in a previous episode (and it seemed to come as a surprise to him too), but the other two have been major fans requesting a comeback during episodes so far.

Stephen’s inclusion makes sense considering all the other regional champions in the final category, but Alan marks a huge and unexpected comeback. Alain probably made it to number six thanks to his mastery of Mega Evolution, and fans still hold a grudge about the outcome of his fight with Ash during his Kalos days. This may be the setting for a major match between the two, but unfortunately, the Masters Championship final class (or the starting ring date) has yet to be decided.
