The Xbox Series X-exclusive RPG reveals new details in the job listing

New details regarding an upcoming RPG that will be exclusive to Xbox Series X have been revealed in the recent job listing. Late last year, we started hearing reports about a new game from developer Stoic Studio that was referred to as Project Belfry. Information about this game was sparse, but given that it was coming from the company behind it epic banner Trilogy, hopes were high for what it could achieve. Now, after a long period of silence, we now seem to know more about what this Xbox title will have to offer.

As seen in the file work list At Stoic Studio for the role of systems designer, some new information has been teased about the unannounced Xbox Series X exclusive. Specifically, this role described the project in question as being in the action RPG genre and would have various weapons and other equipment to acquire. The loot system is also mentioned as well as enemy types that are said to be expandable. Other descriptions of this Xbox game have been few, but it certainly seems like Stoic is making something that could strike a chord with many fans.

Probably the biggest question surrounding Project Belfry is its actual announcement. As mentioned earlier, this game has not been disclosed by Stoic and Xbox in any capacity yet, which means that the general public is not supposed to know that such a game is in progress. However, this silence surrounding the project may soon end. Xbox has already announced that it will hold a show next month on June 12 where it will announce a number of future games for Xbox Series X and PC. As such, when this event is over, we may finally see the Belfry Project revealed to the world with a trailer for the first time.

What are your thoughts on Project Belfry so far based on the limited details we have? And when do you think this game might be officially revealed to the public? Let me know either in the comments or connect with me on Twitter at Trustworthy.
