Unfortunately for her, she has definitely slipped again and this can totally be used against her during the week the trial returns. This has to do with one of Johnny Depp’s ex-partners, former model Kate Moss. During the early ’90s, the actor and super model dated for nearly three years and proved to be deeply in love with each other.
During that testimony from Amber Heard, the actress claims that she heard from two different people that Depp pushed Kate Moss down a flight of stairs. As soon as I mentioned the former supermodel’s name, attorney Benjamin Chew and even celebrated and smiled with a big fist on his face. But why was he behaving this way?
Well, Depp’s defense initially tried to get Kate Moss on the witness list in favor of the actor but the court ruled that she was in no way related to this case. However, Amber Heard’s mention of Moss makes her directly linked to this case and she can now be called as a witness. Evidence is that Kate Moss will support Johnny Depp, and these rumors about him being pushed down a flight of stairs are clarified.

Johnny Depp appeared in handcuffs going to the Mark Hotel in New York City, where he apparently had a fierce battle with the supermodel.
They completely destroyed the place and had to pay nearly $10,000 in compensation. However, Moss was reportedly unharmed during that incident. In subsequent years, both of them only said nice things about each other and regretted their failure to continue their relationship. So, if Moss takes the stand, all signs are that she supports Johnny rather than Heard.
