Johnny Depp vs. Amber Heard: Why did you love taking pictures of him unconscious?

“I was begging Johnny not to force me to prove what I had to sit on this podium in front of all of you and prove it and talk about it… I didn’t want to. I don’t want to be here,” Heard said.

“I was trying to point out how ridiculous it was for him to keep persuading me to prove it by calling me a liar.” The Aquaman The actress added.

“I didn’t want to hurt him,” she continued. “I loved him. I loved him so much. That’s why I’m explaining to him why no criminal charges are being brought. I didn’t file a police report even though it was being used against me. I didn’t want it. This is to hurt Johnny. I don’t want this to hurt Johnny.”

Heard corrected herself about the timing of the first time she claimed Depp slapped her during her testimony on Monday, which revolved around her questioning him about one of his tattoos. Heard initially mentioned that it happened in 2013, but She later clarified that it happened in 2012.

She explained that her confusion stemmed from her desire to believe that the abuse did not start early in their relationship.

“I let myself forget that the beginning was violent and chaotic too,” she said.
