Over the past two days, both Oswalt and the show’s now viewer have taken to social media to say goodbye to the series, with Blum adding that fans should look for an announcement from the pair soon.
Bloom, who admitted he was staying off social media on purpose, came to respond to comments by Oswalt, who was sorry to see the show go, but praised the writing and voice. He also thanked Marvel for “[letting] We’re running wild in their toy box.”
“I was on a social media break, but wanted to plunge into and repeat Patton’s words,” Bloom wrote on Twitter. “So grateful for the opportunity to work with the most talented writing staff, amazing crew and pioneering animators on MODOK. It was a love letter to the comics and we had the best time making it.”
He added, “Also [Patton Oswalt] And I’m far from messing around with superheroes and villains. Keep your eyes peeled for some news about some of the upcoming projects taking place in the world of comic books both new and old….”
Moduk Marvel It was the premiere of Hulu’s “OffendersVerse,” a series of adult-oriented animated shows set to cross each other. Soon after Marvel Studios took control of Marvel Television, two of those shows — Tigra & Dazzler and Howard the Duck — were sent to the chopping block.
