So who came up with the new creative LEGO project?
The mastermind behind the project was Truman Cheng, a LEGO fan from Hong Kong.
Cheng submitted his idea for the group to LEGO Ideas a program. There he got 10,000 votes on his project – believing that it will be developed by LEGO themselves.
