a video of Amber Heard leaving the stage and exiting the Fairfax County Courthouse on Tuesday went viral on social media.
In the clip, the judge asks the actress’s attorney, Elaine Bridehoft, if she has more questions for Amber.
After searching her notebook for a few seconds, she politely said, “I have no further questions, your honor.” Therefore, the judge told the 36-year-old that she could leave the podium.
“Go and sit next to your attorney, okay,” Judge Benny Azcaret says, before Amber gets up from her seat, picks up her water bottle and begins to walk.
However, she does not go and sit next to her attorney as she was asked, and instead walks straight out of the courtroom as the officer follows.
Then the judge tells everyone that the court will have a 15-minute “afternoon break” and everyone stops before leaving the court.
