Brian May raises the Queen and Adam Lambert jubilee show after Buckingham Palace roof | music | entertainment

Brian opened the famous Golden Jubilee Show 20 years ago by performing God Save The Queen on his guitar from the rooftop of Buckingham Palace.

The 74-year-old has been asked in recent years if he would do it again, but he always shrugged it off saying someone else should do it.

However, now he is upset that he will play in a slightly different place around the stately house and make fans guess where.

The rock legend wrote on his Instagram account: “After twenty years of playing the Queen’s Golden Jubilee, we are very excited to be called again. Then there was a moment when I wondered.. beyond the roof of Buckingham Palace where could she go? Well… you’ll see!”
