Through his Medusa program, Rinaldo tortures Sarah as part of his experiments, leaving her almost devastated.

However, before Rinaldo could completely bend Sarah to his will, the young woman managed to put her hands on a knife and stabbed herself in the stomach in front of Rinaldo.

In the end, Sarah no longer wants to be a lab rat for Rinaldo and Project Medusa, so she decides to take her own life.
