Goodman Games launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund the publication of a three-volume collection bringing the classics Dungeons & Dragons Adventure dark tower to life, in its original format and updated to the rules of the fifth edition. Each folder offers a different method of use Dark Tower. Volume one is a high-quality reprint of the original adventure, volume two updates the adventure of the fifth edition of D&D Rules, and the final volume expands on the campaign setting dark tower This allows for a complete mini-campaign based on exploration Dark Tower.
dark tower It was an early D&D unit written by Jennell Jaquays and published by Judges Guild, an early third-party publisher of D&D material. The adventure itself sends players to an abandoned temple to Mitra. When earlier groups of explorers ventured into the temple, they unleashed a curse on the land, which players now need to solve. Players will need to confront the zombies and the minions of the evil god Set as they delve deeper into the dark horoscope. The original adventure has always been considered one of the best D&D adventures of all time, with the adventure being nominated for a H.G. Wells Award back in 1979.
Supporters will receive a PDF of the updated version of dark tower With a pledge of $50. The complete three-volume set is available with a pledge of $50. Goodman Games also contains a number of additional items, including pewter miniatures for characters from dark tower Custom T-shirt and dice.
As of press time, Kickstarter has already raised over $340,000, well above the original funding target. Kickstarter will remain open until June 14 with completion planned for next summer. You can check out the Kickstarter here.
