Creator series behind fairy tale storyAnd Hiro Mashima, bring Brandish back into the spotlight with some cute new art for the fan-favorite villain! The final arcs of the original manga and anime series had pitted the Fairy Tail Guild against the might of the Alvarez Empire, and with it also introduced the Guild to Spriggan 12, the most powerful members fighting for the empire. Each one was unique in its own way, but the main advantage was early Brandish because they were able to shrink things around them in an instant. Her calm, fearsome demeanor made her a fatal confrontation with Lucy, and an instant fan favorite.
It’s been a long time since Brandish has been in the thick of the action, unfortunately, even with the official sequel series, so it’s a great sign for fans to see how much Hiro Mashima also appreciates the villain. Fairy Tail may be mostly over though the creator provided the storyboards for the supplemental official manga series, but Mashima has decided to honor the character with some cute new artwork that fans are sharing on Twitter! Brandish is one of the many fan favorite characters who have returned to the franchise in the Official Pages fairy tale story sequel, Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest, which is preparing to launch is an adaptation of a special anime in the near future. No potential release date, staffing, or production studio has been announced for this new Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest anime, so if you want to get a quick start on the sequel before the anime debuts, Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest Officially licensed by Kodansha Comics, they describe the following series as:
“Natsu, Lucy, Happy, Erza, and the entire Fairy Tail Guild are back in action!
