For the most part, Machine Gun Kelly is known professionally as a singer/rapper, with a few acting roles on the side. But now, the 32-year-old can add the title of “Director” to the resume. Hitchcockian debuted as star/co-writer/co-director of the flick good morning, which also features his future wife Megan Fox, is out now. And in classic MGK fashion, he shared a nude photo and other wild moments behind the scenes to promote the movie.
In short, good morning It follows a poor movie star (played by Colson Baker, aka Machine Gun Kelly) who gets a mysterious breakup script from a girlfriend. From there, he falls down a rabbit hole of drug-induced confusion (as seen in the trailer) in Pete Davidson and Megan Fox. After its limited release in theaters and on demand on May 20, the headlines moved to Instagram With some throwback photos that leave nothing of the film’s magical imagination, if you know what I mean. There’s a lot going on in this slideshow, quite frankly. For starters, they seem to prove that “200 blunts” may actually have been rotating during filming, just as his post’s comment suggests. They also demonstrated that Machine Gun Kelly is willing to suffer for his art (i.e. get down in his birthday suit, as well as take a water balloon and the remains of human “dust” on his face). I’ll need more answers for this last clip, though, which shows either a fictional indoor scene with heavy flooding or a really bad leakage issue.
What we do know a little more is the inspiration behind us good morning. As Machine Gun Kelly tells it, the narration stems from a mysterious text he received from Megan when they first started dating. Apparently, she set out to “evaluate” Stonehenge, as one would, and then escalated to MGK to gather his buddies’ opinions on whether or not that meant breaking up. Fox doesn’t play his actual girlfriend in the movie as she did at that moment, but her character helps him figure things out along the way. Later, the rapper was talking about how it was “an honor” to direct the infamous Jennifer’s body The star is being praised for her “underestimated” comedic talents.
Technically, the film represents the first-class couple’s second collaboration together. He is clearly more proud of this particular project than the last movie called Midnight at Switchgrass. (MGK famously called this movie complete rubbish.)
With their recent engagement, the couple is clearly looking to turn their frequent collaboration into a lifelong commitment. And by obligation, they mean a cosmic, eternal obligation to drink blood. It’s all part of the ongoing Goth Prince and Hollywood princess vibe. (This, of course, extends to their future wedding plans, too.) And it’s all that I still live and breathe for.
