This is one of the best sports bras I’ve ever worn – and it’s on sale

As a fitness editor, I’ve been wearing a lot of sports bras in my time. From the ones that feel so humid that you feel like you took a shower after a sunny run, to the ones that are grating, I’ve tested them all so you don’t have to. It is said, one of the The best sports bras I ran the Nike Alpha UltraBreathe, and it was just dropped as part of Nike’s Memorial Day sales.

Currently, you can get a file Nike Alpha UltraBreathe on sale for $45 at Nike. The cut includes three different colors – pink, pink, green, pink and white. The bra comes in sizes XS to 2XL, so you’ll need to use it Nike Sports Bra Adapter To switch your regular bra size to a sports bra. For reference, I’m 32°C and ran a small size.

Nike Alpha UltraBreathe is a high-support bra, designed for running, boxing and high-intensity training. As its name suggests, it’s designed to be lightweight and breathable – it dries quickly, even after your most sweaty speed session, and is wonderfully supportive.

My standard for a good running sports bra is simple – it should fit well, shouldn’t chafe, should be easy to put on, and most importantly, off, when wet and sweaty after your run. Alpha UltraBreathe ticks all of these boxes.

Fit, despite having to convert my size via the Nike website, I found it to be a perfect fit – the bra has adjustable straps, which really help you pull the bra up for extra support. There’s also a slightly odd-looking overlay that sits across the chest to reduce bounce and provide an extra level of support.

The bra is fastened with hook and eye clasps, which was a little tricky to get the hang of at first, but not having to pull a wet bra at the end of the race was a nice change for the likes of the Nike FE/NOM Flyknit High Support Bra. I found it easier to do the top buckle, put the bra over my head, and then snap the bottom buckle up, rather than having to twist awkwardly to attach the bra.

While running, I often forgot about this bra, which means I took longer than usual to review it, but I consider it a good sign. I will argue if you be Thinking of a sports bra or running shorts, they just don’t do their job, and I found that I was running comfortably in this bra, whether it was for a half marathon, or a speed session on the track.

Despite it being a “free” sport, by the time you’ve invested in a decent pair running shoesgrab one of the The best running phone mountsand forked to one of best garminsSpending $75 on a bra is a lot. Get this deal as often as possible – and you won’t regret it.
