New job listings outside the Cloud Chamber shed some light Bioshock 4 – Untitled and new initial internet name bioshock The game – and play it. Unfortunately, Job List It doesn’t contain any shells, but it gives idle IP fans what to expect. The job listing is more specifically for a master combat designer, but it’s interesting that the above tidbits have little to do with combat.
The job description reads: “Cloud Chamber is looking for an accomplished and knowledgeable Chief Combat Designer to join our studio and are sponsoring a team in creating industry-leading combat gameplay.” “You’ll be the team’s number one expert in your field, and set an example for the rest of the studio in your ability to inspire and create amazing and compelling content. You have a wealth of experience and information that you’re excited to share with the team around you. You’re also passionate about pushing boundaries and experimental gameplay. We’ve paved the way for an experience Amazing, systems-based narrative, come and help us breathe life into this fantasy world. As a leadership role, we are looking for someone who is invigorated by the opportunity to manage and mentor a team of creators, to foster a collaborative and creative space, and to uphold our values.”
None of this is particularly interesting, but it’s not where the list of jobs ends. Elsewhere in the job listing, an “immersive sandbox universe” is mentioned as “content creators”, the latter of which may shed light on Cloud Chamber’s goal of rebooting the series.
Another interesting part of the job description reads “Develop an accessible and satisfying first-person combat model that allows for a high degree of player expression and experience in a highly interactive world.”
It’s hard to tell from these details what to do and what not to do. It looks like an immersive open world sim, which is what many BioShock fans are currently expecting.
Unfortunately, the job listing says nothing about when the game will be revealed, let alone the release, which means we still have no salient details about the game that was first announced at the end of 2019.
