Stranger Things Season 4 reveals custom Xbox Series S gifts

To celebrate the release of Weird things In Season 4 on Netflix, Microsoft has revealed a dedicated Xbox Series S “Upside Down” console. Designed to look like a cassette player, the system also features “vines, strings, and oozing of flora and fauna found deep in the inverted part.” Due to the extremely dangerous nature of things in the Upside Down, the console will go inside the Hazardous Materials Container, just to be on the safe side! As with other dedicated Xbox Series S consoles, this one will not be available for purchase; Fans interested in getting it will have to win a special contest.

As of this writing, official details about the competition have not been revealed. We know that Xbox is planning to offer some kind of giveaway via official Twitter account for Xbox. However, those in the Los Angeles area can also check out an “immersive experience” from Netflix and Xbox where various prizes will be awarded.

Visit the Xbox Plaza in LA Live on May 26 or 27 for a chance to win one of 30 custom Xbox Series S consoles from the Upside Down plus other exciting rewards from Xbox and Netflix.

Over the past year or so, Microsoft has released a number of custom Xbox Series S builds, including ones based on Teenage Mutant Turtles, SpongeBob SquarePants, and LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, and more. It’s a shame that these keys are not easily accessible to the general public! Not every gamer is in the market for a console with special graphics wrapped around it, but it’s a safe bet that many people wouldn’t mind owning one. Hopefully these Stranger Things Xbox Series S consoles will end up in the hands of ardent fans, rather than someone selling them on the secondary market!

Weird things The first part of season four is set to premiere on May 27, exclusively on Netflix. Readers can check out all of our previous coverage of the series here.
