Destroy All Humans 2 – Denounced Screenshots have been leaked online, giving fans an idea of how Black Forest Games are reimagining the classic sequel. The Destroy All Humans series soared in popularity in the mid-2000s, spawning two consecutive series and a Wii spin-off, but unfortunately ended after the third major game was released on Xbox 360. Both publisher THQ and series developer Pandemic were closed, leaving the series Without a home, but eventually, a group known as Nordic Games was renamed THQ Nordic and managed to revive the Destroy All Humans franchise. With developer Black Forest Games at the helm, a new version of the first game was published in the summer of 2020.
Last year, THQ Nordic confirmed that it is working on a remodel Destroy all humans 2And the A game set in the sixties and seventies. The game is a world adventure set in the Cold War era, featuring references to spy movies like James Bond and more. The new version is due out sometime this year, and while details are scarce, some screenshots (via Reddit user ncklightning). The screenshots reportedly came from a beta test of the game and the leaker provided some general details. They praised the gameplay, saying it was “variety” and “fun” and noting that everything shown in the trailers is true. It’s not entirely clear what they mean by this, as a cinematic reveal of the game shows the Crypto controlling a Godzilla-esque monster, but the trailer for this game doesn’t show anything quite like that. The leaker also said that the improvement leaves a lot to be desired. Since there is no release date for the game, it is likely that these optimization issues will be resolved before the game’s launch later this year.
The Destroy all humans 2 A remake is currently planned only for Xbox Series X | S, PlayStation 5 and PC, so Black Forest will have the ability to harness the full power of the new hardware. The unannounced multiplayer game Destroy All Humans was also recently leaked, but it’s not clear when that will be announced or if it will be compatible with the remake in any capacity.
