Elijah Richardson is playing timid when it comes to his possible return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe after starring in The Hawk and the Winter Soldier. Actor Ellie Bradley portrayed the grandson of Isaiah Bradley (Karl Lumbley), whom viewers learned in Hawk and Winter Soldier Tried and administered the Super Soldier serum that turned Steve Rogers into Captain America. He later admitted that he had originally thought that he would have superpowers during the Disney + series.
“I knew I was auditioning for Marvel, but I didn’t know what character I was going to audition for. So, I was given like, different sides. You know, they don’t want to reveal the actual aspects until they get the role. So when I got the sides I made my own tape, [which is] Richardson explained that when you sign yourself up and then send it to the production company, “I knew it was for Marvel, so I was like, ‘Maybe this character has like, superpower or ability or something.” Then, I got a call saying, ‘Okay, we want you to do another test.’ I did another test with different sides again. I approached the character in the exact same way. I was like, ‘You know what, this character should have some fun! A superpower or ability. That’s Marvel. There’s no way he doesn’t!”
