Depp was asked by Heard’s attorney Ben Rothenborn in court: “The truth is, Mr. Depp, if Disney came to you with $300 million and a million alpacas, nothing on this earth would pay you to go back and work with Disney on Pirates of the Caribbean movie? Right?” Depp replied simply: “That’s right, Mr. Rothenborn.”
However, after winning the defamation case against Heard, a former Disney executive claimed that the actor would likely return to the franchise.
