As for Henry Cavill’s future as The Man of Steel, he recently revealed that he’s waiting for a phone call asking him to wear a Superman suit again. But even if that didn’t happen, I was honored to play the role:
“Yeah, it was so much fun. It was that kind of thing even me, after a long time since I’ve worn the suit professionally,” he said. You look back and think, ‘What a great opportunity. Even if I stop acting tomorrow, and go live on a yacht or steamer or travel the Mediterranean[iteranean]…I can still look back and say that I put on a cloak and jumped around and enjoyed some people.”
Fans obviously want Cavill back as Superman, but it looks like Michael B Jordan will be a popular choice when it’s time to pass the torch. He is currently the betting favorite with Dom Patrol star Matt Bomer running after him.
