The boys bring back the surprise cast member for season 3 cameo

spoilers full of boys The first three episodes of season three are below! Episodes of the premiere of boys Season 3 saw a lot of surprises, but perhaps the biggest surprise was at the end of Episode 3.01, the return of Aya Cash as Stormfront. Despite losing her legs, an arm, and an eye, and being roasted to hell at the end of Season 2, the character is still alive and Cash has returned to play, now confined to a hospital bed and hiding in a Homelander ward in Vought’s Tower. It’s not long for the world though, as Episode 3.02 reveals that she committed suicide by biting her tongue.

Cash’s comeback as a character is surprising not only because of her condition but because the actress herself seemed to cast doubt on appearance. Cash previously spoke with ComicBook.com after the end of boys Season 2, reveals that her time on the series wasn’t supposed to be long. “I had a great experience in boys, I’ve always subscribed for 1 year, so who knows? “Share the cash with us in 2020.” If the book had something to do with it, I would definitely be there. I think the Stormfront story is told very well, in terms of the arc of what happened, but if they want me back, I’ll be back in a second.”

The return and death of Stormfront in season two is a huge boost for Homelander, despite sending him down a dark path and the massive speech he gave at the end of episode two. After spending a year apologizing for Stormfront’s behavior and trying to squash any negative PR with a massive apology campaign, Antony Starr’s supe made a major turn, bringing his “I’m better (than) you” speech in front of the world on TV. In the end though? People love them, even when he calls them cockroaches.

As of this writing boys Season 3 has a near-perfect 96% rating on Rotten Tomatoes with a “Certified Fresh” label, with 28 reviews available at the moment. Our own review of the series rated the series as 5 out of 5, noting: “What a striking sight boys As a series is that each season never feels completely different from what came before it, each set of episodes really plays like the next set of issues in a larger narrative, but at the same time never gets old.”
