The Boys Only Customize Stan Edgar to Giancarlo Esposito with Major Twist

boys It continues its third season with all kinds of twists, betrayals and the like. Believe it or not, but the last episode of Prime Video was as surprising as it came, as it threw an untouchable character under the forever bus. Full spoilers ahead, so proceed with caution if you don’t get caught up in the series!

As viewers discover in the first three episodes, Vogt’s boss Stan Edgar (Giancarlo Esposito) is the adoptive father of Victoria Newman (Claudia Dumet). Given that Newman oversees the Federal Bureau of Paranormal Affairs, the company’s CEO convinces her to host a press conference to reprimand Humlander (Anthony Starr) for his actions during the first episodes. Newman organizes the press conference, but it’s not Homelander who is getting the spotlight.

No, instead, Newman took the stage and said the organization would instead investigate Edgar for extortion and obstruction of justice, with Edgar arrested by officials at the site. As it turns out, Homelander acquired the plans and struck a deal with Neuman – he was going to give the congresswoman a flask of Compound V that she could turn around and give her daughter, so they could both have the abilities.

It was a stunning turn-off in Homelander’s rise to the top of Vought, only exacerbated by the episode’s final moments. With Edgar out of the way now, the Sop has gone metal in his efforts to control, going to great lengths to brutally kill Supersonic (Miles Gaston Villanueva), the newest member of The Seven.

Now that Homelander realizes Starlight (Erin Moriarty) is turning him away from his spot at the top of the superhero group, it seems like he’s crazier than ever. What will happen next?

The first four episodes of boys Season 3 is now streaming on Prime Video. New episodes scheduled for release every Friday.
