First reactions to Light year It looked very promising, with most Early fans of the movie Praising the predictable awesome animation. Sox, Buzz’s robotic owner of cats, has also made a screeching sound to everyone, and I think we can all expect to see those merchandise pop up everywhere! However, there were some notes about the plot strength, so let’s move on to the reviews, starting with CinemaBlend Review for Light year. Mike Reyes rated the film with 3.5 stars out of 5, saying that the spin-off honors and enhances his timeless character in a new and exciting way:

It’s a little rocky at first, with the right tone taking a while to set. Once Lightyear finds his lane, he doesn’t stop, and navigates straight through an adventure dealing with real things to the blue hero. While it may not reach infinity, the final story is completely beyond what could have been expected. By the time I got to the end, I was already excited to see where the sequels could go, grinning at the last shot as if it was my first time watching Toy Story.
