Pro-life activist Maison de Champs was arrested again today (Tuesday, June 14) for a stunt that involved expanding another high-profile building – the Devon Tower.
Typical forms of peaceful protest may include marches, sit-ins, or rallies. However, for Des Champs, these methods are not enough.
Des Champs is so passionate about his anti-abortion stance that the nickname “Pro-Life Spider-Man” has taken it to freely expand large buildings in order to promote his message.
DeChamps’ most recent move saw him climb the Devon Tower in Oklahoma City.

De Champ’s newest building: Devon Tower
The 22-year-old’s latest hair-raising feats came today when he climbed the Devon Tower.

How tall is the Devon Tower?
Devon Tower, now known as the Devon Energy Center, is a 50-story office building located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
The Devon Tower is 844 feet (257 meters) tall and ranks as the tallest building in the state of Oklahoma and the 71st building in the United States.
To put that height at scale to show just how absurd the climb is, Devon Tower is about 20 meters taller than the UK’s third largest building – One Canada Square at Canary Wharf.

Although it is not clear what punishment, if any, de Champ will face in the Oklahoma stunt, he claims on his website that his previous charges are usually “dropped or fought easily in court.”
More dangerous Mason Des Champs campaigns
Back in early May, just days after climbing the Sales Force Tower in San Francisco, de Champs climbed the New York Times Building.
The climb was carried out in order to raise awareness of the doctor who claimed de Champs was performing illegal abortions. During the stunt, he hung two banners from halfway up the large structure.
Given the high frequency of his adventures, it seems that Des Champs is not going anywhere.
