The world of Star Wars continues to surprise fans on the big and small screen, with stories that include generations of canonies across the galaxy far, far away. Along the way, a group of the newest and most notable actors have joined the Star Wars fold – and it looks like it Weird things Superstar Millie Bobby Brown may soon be among them. according to New rumor from womanBrown, her father and manager Robert have had “informal” talks with Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy, aiming to get her star in an upcoming Disney+ movie or franchise series.
“Mili is on Disney’s radar for new Star Wars projects,” says one of the sources in the report. “She’s been in touch with Kathleen, who realizes she’d like to appear in a movie or play a central role in one of Disney Plus’s new TV projects. The conversations are informal but there’s a lot of mutual respect. How much an icon she actually has is for audiences aged 10 to 30 years old and what that brings in terms of attraction. She could easily make $15 million for the first movie or series. She doesn’t need to audition – it’s more about how the director and her bond. She has the oomph to hold the reins of this universe.”
It’s unclear at this point if the Star Wars project led by Brown can eventually materialize, let alone what exactly that will entail. Lucasfilm’s plans are still a bit vague Heavenly Rise, but they have directors like Taika Waititi developing new films. There are also a number of upcoming Disney+ TV series that haven’t shown their entire series yet, including the upcoming series Star Wars: Skeleton Crew Led by Jude Law. Fans also speculated if she could get into a fold Star Wars: The Helper, the upcoming female-led martial arts-influenced series from Leslie Hedland. Amandla Stenberg has reportedly already been cast in the main role of the series, but there may still be additional parts for Brown to play.
While Brown has indicated that she hasn’t seen Star Wars and many of the major movie franchises, she has previously expressed her desire to portray an important legacy character in the series.
“I love Carrie Fisher and it would be amazing to carry on her legacy,” Brown explained to Princess Leia during her 2017 conference appearance.
