piece Admiral Ryokogyo has finally been fully introduced to the series with the latest chapter of the series as the manga prepares for its grand finale! With series creator Eiichiro Oda now taking a summer break as he prepares for the series’ final epic in general, the series’ latest chapters have been setting the schedule for what to expect from the final climax. This also includes exploring the fallout from the Wano Country arc where the series needs to break down everything that happened over the course of its fights, meaning some Reverie and fans have seen a very important face.
After being first introduced as the new rank-winning Admiral during that time, skipped as part of the Reverie arc fallout between the second and third acts of the Wano Country arc, the previous chapter had quipped that we’d see Ryokugyu in action as he was already in Wano after the fights against Big Mom And Kaido. With the latest chapter of the series, the manga has brought it all to life, and it’s killer as you’d expect.

Chapter 1053 of piece He moves after Ryokugyu appears to be making his way to Wano, and makes sure he was moving before he gets the proper permission to do so. He also turned out to be very combative as he quickly defeated the King and Queen along with all of his other Kaido subordinates in one wave. He seemed to have a power that used plants and flowers as his roots spreading out from his body had drained all of the subordinates of their fluids. More than that, he is already there trying to bring down Luffy.
Intended to capture the Straw Hat and bring down the army due to Luffy’s rapid rise to the top, the final moments of the class before the series take a breather before the final saga sees Ryokugyu ready to attack Luffy and all the other people from Wano as they celebrate their latest victories. This Admiral is a lot tougher than the one he replaced, so it would definitely be a problem for the Straw Hats to move forward.
