Obi-Wan Kenobi epilogue summary

Early in the end, Obi-Wan decides to separate from the fleeing Jedi ship in order to lure Darth Vader away from them by traveling to a nearby planet alone. As planned, Darth Vader followed suit.

Upon arrival, the pair became involved in what would become one of the most recognizable characters star Wars Battles in history. Even though he was buried by rocks, Obi-Wan was able to utilize his full strength by force once again and rained rocks on Vader.

In the end, the Jedi was able to improve Vader and unlock his helmet to reveal the Sith Lord’s true self. An honest exchange revealed that it was Darth Vader who killed Anakin Skywalker, not Obi-Wan.

However, many fans are wondering why Obi-Wan didn’t end their fight by killing Darth Vader, putting an end to his pursuit.

Once Obi-Wan was relieved of this grief and was able to get away from Vader, he was truly forcibly reunited, which was why he was then able to see the ghost of his master Qui-Gon’s strength.
