Doctor Strange 2 pictures behind the scenes of Professor X’s return

One of the biggest surprises for Doctor Strange in a multiverse of madnessDespite the fact that Marvel Studios revealed it in a trailer, Sir Patrick Stewart will make his debut in the MCU and return as Professor Charles Xavier. With the movie now available on digital platforms, a behind-the-scenes look at the movie has made its way online and as noted before direct, a fresh look at how Stewart came back as a portrayed character. As seen in the “Building the Multiverse” feature, it was revealed how Marvel Studios and director Sam Raimi filmed Stewart’s return, including the iconic yellow chair. Check them out below!

At the time of the sequel’s release, it looked like an addition to Stewart’s character, this all-new alternative to Professor X, was just something to get fans excited about and perhaps not indicative of Marvel Studios’ bigger X-Men plans. However, in an interview after the release, Stewart appeared to be back in the game again. talk with diverse Stewart quipped, “Charles Xavier? Yeah. There might be. You know, the whole X-Men comedy series is so huge, so expansive, there might be a chance he comes back. We’ll see.”

Marvel Studios hasn’t largely revealed its plans for the X-Men in the MCU at all. Since the rights to the characters were inherited back when the Walt Disney Company bought 20th Century Fox, only vague references have been made to the fact that the plans existed. So far, the only project from the cast of characters confirmed to be in the works is Deadpool 3, a movie that will reunite Ryan Reynolds with project manager Adam Shaun Levy.

Marvel Studios may finally reveal their X-Men plans this summer, after confirming that they will return to San Diego Comic-Con this July, marking their first Hall H appearance since July of 2019. That panel was three years ago when it was announced For countless ads. Produced, Marvel has revealed its full Phase 4 slate of movies and shows, all of which have now been released.

“We’ll be at Comic-Con next month, and we’re excited about it,” Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige said during a press conference for Thor: Love and Thunder earlier this month. “First time since we were on stage three years ago talking about this movie and many others. Now, I guess, not just about everything but almost everything we discussed three years ago has been released so we’re excited to go and talk about the future.”

Patrick Stewart may be out on stage again.
