Who does Nancy end up with in Stranger Things Season 4?
At the end of season four, Nancy is still with Jonathan, but there are clearly unresolved feelings with Steve.

Talking to The Hollywood ReporterExecutive Producer and Director Sean Levy looks forward to reflecting on the show’s end:
“Season 5, I’ll just say this, the Duffers and I talk a lot about holding on to relegation. We tried to hold on to relegation with the last five minutes of each episode, and we definitely tried to keep relegation with the end of each season. So finishing next season is all about finish strong.”
He added, “We have exceptional ideas for season five and we don’t want to go beyond the point where we see our path with clarity and confidence. So, season five will undoubtedly be epic.”
