1 piece: red It will be the fifteenth feature film to arrive later this fall around the world, as this film focuses not only on the return of Red-Haired Shanks, but also on the introduction of his daughter, eventual singer Uta. While the movie is set to feature all the Straw Hat Pirates, Eiichiro Oda seems to be taking the opportunity to throw some new pirates into the world of the Grand Line with the arrival of the Jellyfish Pirates.
Eiichiro Oda has created hundreds, if not thousands, of characters that inhabit the world of Grand Line, with the story of Wano Arc alone providing fans with plenty of heroes and villains since its inception. While Oda creates many of these pirates and military men, over the course of the main series, the movies also give him a chance to expand into his world and it’s clear that the manga is looking to do the same here with Red’s story.
Twitter Outlet New World Artur shared the three new designs of the Jellyfish Pirates, as Oda was very silent when it came to who these new pirates were and whether they would act as allies or enemies of Luffy and his Straw Hat Pirates crew:

While the venue is filled with all kinds of Uta fans – An excited pirate, a Navy watching closely, the Straw Hats led by Luffy who simply came to enjoy her resonant performance – the sound the whole world was waiting for was about to resound. The story begins with the shocking fact that she is Shanks’ daughter.”
