The new season has begun in difficult circumstances for the Chukalisa girls as the facts of the epidemic have reached home even in the fictional city.

P-Valley Season Two: Premiere date and story so far
After an agonizing two-year wait, season two of P-Valley finally arrived at Starz on June 3, 2022.
The new season picks up the story several months after the events of season one as the city of Chucalissa deals with the fallout from the Covid-19 pandemic, seeing Pynk go through some of his toughest months ever.
Newcomers in the locker room threaten to upset the apple cart as Uncle Clifford’s head turns into politics after Andre commits to running in the upcoming mayoral race.
Elsewhere, Keyshawn and Lil Murda embark on a new chapter, venturing into their Dirty Dozen musical tour.
But complications arise at home when, in Episode 4, Pynk is closed down for violating Covid rules.
How many episodes are in total?
The second season of P-Valley will consist of 10 episodes in total.
That’s right, the new installment of P-Valley will have two more episodes than we saw in the first season, which only had eight seasons.
After Episode 1 arrived on Friday, June 3, the episodes have moved to Sundays and will be released weekly until all 10 episodes air, with the deadline set for August 7.

P-Valley Season 3 Chances
After Season 2, P-Valley’s future remains uncertain as Starz has yet to renew the series for Season 3.
But there is no reason for fans to panic as several episodes of season two are still on air at the time of writing.
The series’ P-Valley viewership numbers stand in good stead as the numbers for the first four episodes of season two roughly mirror those seen in season one, with 221,000 fans following. broadcast live On average compared to 247,000 for the first season, with more potential for on-demand viewing.
The slight drop in audience numbers can be traced back to the two-year long wait between seasons one and two, as well as the usual drop in TV viewing experiences while the show is still running.
What will really seal P-Valley’s future going forward is where the story takes us and with so many twists and turns still to come, you can’t rule out another visit to Chucalissa in the future.
