Gabe Hanna’s life as a YouTube star from mastering algorithms to evading drama

Gabbie Hanna started as a Vine star and is now a successful YouTuber with a singing career – but it hasn’t come without hurdles.

Before TikTok, Vine was the leading platform for short videos. In other words, Vine walked so TikTok could run.

The platform was launched in 2013 and teens flocked to create six-second comedy clips, with Viners becoming the most successful users. The likes of Liza Koshy, David Dobrik, and King Bach started their careers on the app, and after it closed, they expanded their careers to movies and other platforms.

Hannah was one of the many people who managed to take her millions of followers to YouTube, although her fame came with scrutiny.

She had over 4 million followers on Vine

Known as The Gabbie Show, Hanna hosted fans with her Comedies This usually involved playing two characters, although viewers fell in love with her because she wasn’t afraid to make fun of herself.
