Bianca Belair has successfully defended the Raw Women’s Championship at Money in the Bank against Carmella, and is likely to face another top contender at SummerSlam later this month. There is also another big match in Belair’s scenes, which she revealed in a new interview with her Maiman Show. During the show, Beller revealed that she had an idea for a major match the next time WWE holds an event in Saudi Arabia, and that idea is their last permanent match against Charlotte Flair.
“What better place to do it than in Saudi Arabia?” Biller said. “I had a match with Charlotte Flair before we flew out of the crown jewel, and the match was over at DQ, so we need to do that again…she could definitely be the last permanent woman. I mean, I feel like we’re both women who are going to throw everything in there.” And you throw it to the test and it really shows, like, who’s got what it takes, who’s really the toughest of them all.”
Belair has faced Flair several times in the past but has not defeated her by pinning or submission, as her victories have been by disqualification. As of now, Belair has either installed or exploited Becky Lynch, Bayley, and Sasha Banks, but has not yet done so for Flair. If you eventually succeed in doing so, you will pin every member of the Four Horsemen.
This would be a great achievement for Belair and would add to an already impressive resume. As for SummerSlam, Belair’s match isn’t confirmed yet, but she’ll likely face Becky Lynch or Asuka, or maybe both at Triple Threat. We’ll have to see how it all goes, but in the meantime, here’s the official SummerSlam card so far.
